What is Alpha Kappa Alpha?

What is Delta Sigma Theta?

The organization’s inception was spearheaded by women with college degrees who were devoted to public service, with a special focus on activities that benefitted the African-American community. It was established on the 13th of January, 1913. Twenty-three women from Howard University in Washington, D.C. came up with the concept in 1989.
